About

I am a PhD student at Aalto University (Espoo, Finland) working with Prof. Harri Lähdesmäki as a part of the Computational Systems Biology Research Group. My research area focuses on developing scalable and interpretable modern deep generative models for dynamical processes, such as high-dimensional time series data and single-cell data.

I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at Istanbul Technical University where I worked with Prof. Islem Rekik on federated graph neural networks and with Prof. Ilkay Oksuz on interpretable deep learning for ECG analysis.

I have completed my Master’s degree in Computer Science with a major in Machine Learning at Aalto University.
